1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jlino1 website and its associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the jlino1 Platform, including registered members, guests, and any person who accesses or browses the Platform in any capacity. jlino1 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you are accessing jlino1 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the jlino1 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations as overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of others.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jlino1 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jlino1 Platform or any affiliated platform.

jlino1 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of jlino1 services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify jlino1 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

Each individual may only maintain one (1) registered account on the jlino1 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

jlino1 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jlino1 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlino1 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are generally credited to your jlino1 account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.
• jlino1 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• jlino1 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the jlino1 payment policy, which is subject to change. Most withdrawals via GCash and PayMaya are processed within minutes to a few hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your jlino1 account.
• jlino1 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Any bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for details.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jlino1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jlino1 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and bet types specified in the relevant promotion terms. Use of bonus funds on excluded games or bet types may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• jlino1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jlino1 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game, which are accessible within the game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay rules apply:

• All bets placed on jlino1 are final once confirmed. jlino1 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, jlino1 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the wagered amount to the player's account.
• jlino1 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers and monitored continuously.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and player account status.
• jlino1 reserves the right to void any bet or winnings that result from a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, pricing errors, or software bugs.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlino1 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating more than one registered account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or security measures.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.
• Engaging in any conduct that jlino1 reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, or harmful to other players or to jlino1 staff.

8. Responsible Gaming

jlino1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Access to the jlino1 Platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above.
• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time.
• Players may request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting jlino1 support.
• jlino1 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where it has reason to believe that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jlino1 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of jlino1 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of jlino1.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without jlino1's prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of Platform content terminates the license granted herein and may constitute an infringement of jlino1's intellectual property rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlino1 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

jlino1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall jlino1's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlino1 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude jlino1's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Account Termination

jlino1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation when requested.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

You may close your jlino1 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

Sections of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 7, 9, 10, and 12.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jlino1 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by PAGCOR. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions

jlino1 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the jlino1 Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
